The service includes trailer discovery, video viewing links, and bookmarking features for movies and TV content.

• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or compromise the app infrastructure.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Third-Party Content

Trailer and media metadata may be sourced from TMDB. TrailerList does not control third-party platforms, data availability, or their independent terms and policies.

5. Service Availability

TrailerList is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, degrade, or be removed without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrailerList and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
